The mechanical position indicator indicates  'OPEN' and 'CLOSE' position. The indicator is adjusted according to the number of revolutions of your armature and read off from the mechanically moved pointer device. For average safety requirements.

For advanced control the valve position can be  monitored from the electric control panel, at the same time it can be read directly from the mechanically moved pointer device . Two electrical position switches signal the valve position to the control panel. For increased safety requirements.
