+ Actuation monitoring in real time
After every on-site maintenance task, documentation and verification obligations arise, which subsequently have to be completed back in the office. Manual documentation takes up a lot of time. With SMARTMAX, everything happens in a single step: all information is saved directly on the spot and transferred automatically to the SMARTMAX-SOFTWARE.

Every valve movement is automatically documented around the clock in the SMARTMAX unit with date, time and number of turns in both directions of actuation. Following transmission to the SMARTMAX-SOFTWARE, all important information on valves or hydrants is immediately retrievable. This allows faults or unusual actuations to be detected at an early stage and in a tamper-proof manner.

No laborious subsequent updating at the workplace, as all data is automatically transferred to the SMARTMAX-SOFTWARE: legally compliant and seamless documentation is ensured.

+ Easy retrofitting
SMARTMAX can be retrofitted to all square stem caps 27 mm in the existing network.

+ Torque monitoring and warning
To protect the valve against overloading, the SMARTKEY warns the user by means of an integrated torque monitoring system. The torques are additionally provided digitally, allowing increasing wear to be identified early and appropriate measures to be derived.

+ Valve position indicator
Indication of the valve’s degree of opening during actuation via an LED display to ensure that the valve is completely open or closed.
