The natural power storage

The Gaildorf 2018 natural power storage pilot project is breaking new ground, which requires individualized products - BÜSCH accompanies you from planning and design to production and assembly.

The first BÜSCH delivery could be inspected at the end of 2018 in the already installed condition. A custom-made double-plate penstock (2000 × 5000 mm) with independently moving plates. This is located in an inlet and outlet structure that regulates the water balance of the power plant - once between the lower reservoir and the adjacent river Kocher and also between the lower reservoir and the pump turbines.
